  A Three-step process:

  • Fill in the booking detail sheet
  • Submit the detail sheet to notify us of your booking
  • Contact us by telephone to confirm the booking
  • Supply your payment details at time of confirmation

  Online Bookings

  We use this facility to ease the booking process. Simply fill out the form and submit it for processing. You will recieve a booking receipt by eMail. Then call us by telephone to confirm the booking. Please have your details ready when you confirm your booking by telephone. Eaglehawk does not accept credit card details online.

  • The date(s) you wish to stay
  • Your Credit Card details
  • Other facts may need to be supplied at time of booking

  Eaglehawk's professional staff are happy to take your booking details over the 'phone. Just have your details ready and call us for friendly, efficient service. Our Office hours are 8am-6pm everyday.

  Please compose an eMail with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Your preference of accomodation type
  • The date(s) you wish to stay
  • You will then need to contact us by telephone to confirm the booking
  • Supply your payment details at time of confirmation

  Eaglehawk's professional staff are happy to take your booking details anytime by eMail. Just supply your details as noted above and send the eMail anytime. Our processing will reply to your request during the next working day. Then call us for friendly, efficient service. Our Office hours are: 8am-8pm week days, 8am-6pm Sundays.

  Eaglehawk caters for the accomodation, cleaning and entertainment of groups of various sizes, ranging from small groups of 5-6 in our Standard Cabins to large groups ranging from 24 through to 56 per one of our Bunkhouses (we have 4 of various sizes)
